Goddess quad Octavia Spencer, Taraji P. Henson, Janelle Monae, and Kirsten Dunst graced the Oscars red carpet with their presence — and we thank them, a million times over!
First let’s discuss the ladies who missed the mark…
Janelle chose a very busy Elie Saab frock, featuring lots of sheer elements and plenty of embellishments, while Octavia wore a grey Marchesa ballgown with feathered elements. They were just A LOT. Sometimes less is more, yah know??
Speaking of minimalism, Taraji slayed in a sexy velvet custom Alberta Ferretti number and Kirsten was held in tight by a corseted ballgown. These looks are classic and oh-so-satisfying!
