Paparazzo Files Battery Report Against Demi Moore!

Demi Moore cannot catch a break!
A photographer has filed a battery report against the actress, after he claimed that she struck him as he tried to snap some pics of her!
However, there are no visible injuries, and sources who have seen the pics in question claim that he was in her face!
Yuck! C’mon, people!
The West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department will investigate the complaint, but if that’s what actually happened, then we hope it doesn’t go anywhere!
We think everyone can agree that gurlfriend has ENOUGH going on right now!
