The sleazeball who starred in the infamous Paris Hilton sex tape, and after its leak, decided to distribute the footage for his own profit is being sued for battery.
In a lawsuit filed Tuesday with L.A. County Superior Court, Gertrude Harutunian claims that Rick Salomon – whose other outstanding achievements in sleaze include quickie marriages to Shannen Doherty and Pamela Anderson, as well as owning an online gambling site – and his roommate beat her at a drug-fueled party at his home in Hollywood.
Harutunian is claiming that Rick’s roommate, Buddy Segal, dragged her out of bed by the hair to “strike, hit and throw” her while Saloman looked on, and threw her in a shower as “Salomon watched and conspired with Segal to hurt and injure [her].”
Gross!
