Paris Still Knows How To Party

And her neighbors don’t like it!
Paris Hilton supposedly threw a massive party around 4 a.m. Friday morning, but by the time the police responded to the noise complaints an hour later, it was as if there was no party at all. Her Hollywood Hills home was quiet.
Paris is a repeat offender when it comes to throwing noisy soirees. The police reportedly stopped by twice back in May after multiple complaints.
Parties at 4 in the morning isn’t very neighborly behavior… unless you invite them over.
It’s a party!
