Patrick Dempsey‘s wife Jillian Fink has filed for divorce after 15 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.

They have three kids: a 12-year-old girl, and twin 7-year-old boys. What they do NOT have, however, is a prenup.
Therefore, the Grey’s Anatomy star — one of the highest paid actors on TV — has a lot of money on the line.
Patrick has a reported net worth of about $40 million.
Sources say it remains to be seen if the split will be amicable, and we think a lot of that will have to do with the money issue. Fink is also seeking joint custody.
Patrick, 49, was previously married to Rocky Parker from 1987-1994.
