Blake Lively suffered a MAYJAH wardrobe malfunction at the Time 100 gala on Tuesday night.

Somehow photographer Patrick McMullan stepped on her Zuhair Murad Couture gown and ripped the entire train off!

Ahhh!

Following the fashion disaster, New York Magazine‘s Jada Yuan tweeted the Gossip Girl star ran off to the bathroom to safety pin it back on.

Tragic.
