This is what happens when you lose your temper, dear!
Reality star Samantha Swetra has not only pressed charges against actress Paz de la Huerta for the alleged assault last year at a rooftop party in NYC, but has recently filed a lawsuit against her!
The City star is suing for unspecified damages and claiming she suffered PERMANENT damage from Huerta’s violent rage. Specifically, sources say Swetra is having severe pain and trouble breathing in her nose.
Documents drawn up by the victim’s lawyer claim she was “assaulted, beaten and battered” so badly that she sustained “severe” physical and emotional injuries …some of which injuries are permanent in nature.”
The lawsuit against the angry actress comes just days after she was formerly charged by the D.A. for two counts of 3rd degree assault, 4th degree criminal possession of a weapon, attempted assault, and harassment.
Let this be a reminder to any other angry and intoxicated celebrities…there are still consequences for your actions!
