Did Peaches Geldof's Last Interview Foreshadow Her Tragic Death?

Woah, Peaches Geldof‘s last interview with the Spectator is a seriously surreal read.
In the lengthy interview, Peaches talks about everything from heroin to the musician, Elliott Smith.
For those who don’t know, besides being an amazing singer and songwriter, Elliott Smith was an avid user of heroin and struggled with depression before his violent death in 2003.
What’s interesting is that Peaches idolized the tragic Elliott and found a great amount of comfort in his music.
She also sympathized with users like Elliott(and even Philip Seymour Hoffman):

“Heroin is such a bleak drug. It always makes me so sad to hear about people like Hoffman who were real masters and also family men who were just wasted by the constant, gnawing obsession with it. All heroin users seem to have the same core internal pain, though. It├óΓé¼Γäós a fascinating concept ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ drug of choice.”

While Peaches didn’t outrightly say that she battled the same demons, she definitely hints at experiencing the same pain as her idols.
It’s quite clear that Peaches had a real problem, though, as evidenced by the inquest into her death…at her home, stashes of heroin, burned spoons and almost 80 syringes were scattered around AND she died of a drug overdose ten times bigger than the one that killed her mother,
Paula Yates.
Gosh, it’s all so sad. It’s terrible that such amazing people have been lost to drug addiction.
