This is all just too sad when you think about those two little boys who lost their mother.
Peaches Geldof was found dead at her home yesterday, and while her death remains a complete mystery, her priorities during her life are clear.
The British socialite took part in a recent interview with Mother & Baby magazine, and in it she revealed so much about her family life with her kiddies Phaedra and Astala.
In it, she spoke about how motherhood changed her:
“Becoming a mother was like becoming me, finally. After years of struggling to know myself, feeling lost at sea, rudderless and troubled, having babies through which to correct the multiple mistakes of my own traumatic childhood was beyond healing.”
We had no idea this life-changing experience was so incredibly meaningful and important to her happiness.
But what else she said during the interview makes her passing even more confusing and sad:
“I felt finally anchored in place, with lives that literally depend on me, and I am not about to let them down, not for anyone or anything.”
Unfortunately, her little boys are now without their mother.
Hopefully, her family will have some answers as to what happened once her death is further investigated.
