Awww! This penguin is absolutely adorbs!
Tomas the penguin has been taken in by police after he waddled from his beach home into Peru’s capital city Lima.
Tomas is an endangered Humboldt penguin, but seems to be in good health (and good spirits) after being examined by a veterinarian who said the birds good temperament means it should be easy for Tomas to rejoin his community once released back in the wild.
Officials are currently deciding what is the best course of action for their new penguin pal.
