Pete Davidson is proving he has no bad blood with ex Kim Kardashian!
During Friday’s episode of The Pete Davidson Show, he sat down with Nikki Glaser, who stars in the upcoming Netflix movie The Fifth Wheel alongside the 45-year-old television personality, Fortune Feimster, and Brenda Song. Although fans and critics don’t have the nicest things to say about Kim’s acting skills, Pete gushed about it while talking about the new project with the Golden Globes host! He asked:
“Isn’t it crazy Kim’s good at acting?”
To which Nikki replied:
“She’s great!”

Pete dated Kim for nine months before breaking up in 2022. And during their time together, the Saturday Night Live alum shared that the SKIMS founder first expressed her interest in becoming an actress to him:
“I remember when we were dating, one day she was just like, ‘I think I’m gonna be an actress.’ And I was just like, ‘F**k yeah!’ And then [she’s] just good at it and I’m like, ‘Get the f**k out of here.’ She’s so good at acting.”
A year after their split, Kim made her acting debut in American Horror Story: Delicate. She then went on to star in All’s Fair. And now The Kardashians star has the upcoming comedy with Nikki. The 41-year-old comic looked back on working with Kim, praising her for being “so smart.” She continued:
“Anything she wants to do, she will do it, especially if people are like, ‘You can’t do this.’ And for her to go into acting with all the public perception of her anyway, she knew … everyone’s gonna look for her to fail.”
And what really impressed Nikki is the guts Kim had to take on a project where “you know people are gonna try to find your weakness.” Agreeing, Pete added:
“She’s superhuman. I learned from her that no matter what’s going on, like whatever in the news, you’re still you, and you can just still go do s**t. Like, she don’t give a f**k. It’s unbelievable.”
Aww! You can tell he really admires the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum!
Nikki also applauded Kim’s ability to handle criticism, saying:
“She really impressed me with how much she is aware of what people are saying, but really does not let it get to her and is kind of unaware of some of the biggest stuff. Where I would ask her, and she’d be like, ‘What’s that?’ And I’m like, ‘The biggest news thing about [you].’ She protects herself from it. She exceeded my expectations. I already liked her, and she was just better than that.”
In addition to all that, Pete couldn’t help but point out:
“She’s f**king funny.”
It sounds like Pete is still a big fan of Kimmy Kakes! And is anyone else manifesting now that they’ll one day star in a movie or show together? But maybe not as each other’s love interests! That could get a bit awkward! LOLz!
