Pharrell Is About To Make Kids Everywhere Very Happy With A Children's Book Based On His Hit Song!

This is going to make every elementary school kid very happy!
Pharrell just announced that on top of conquering both the music and movie industries with his hit song Happy, he’s about to try his hand at monopolizing the literature world, too.

The Voice judge just signed a four-book deal with Putnam Books to write a children’s series adaptation of his Despicable Me 2 anthem, with the first publication coming out September 22nd!
Similar to his 24-hour music video for Happy the song, Happy the book will feature pictures of people all around the world showing what happiness means to them.
And Pharrell is going to be in pretty good company as a children’s author… considering we have a book of our own: The Boy with Pink Hair!!!
