Michael “Don’t Look At The Face” Phelps continues to kowtow, telling reporters after swimming practice o Tuesday about the whole bog pic controversy that “It’s obviously bad judgment and it’s something I’m not proud of at all. I will say that with the mistakes that I’ve made in my life, I’ve learned from them. Every one of them. And I’ve become a better person. That’s what I plan to do from here.”
In his first interview since the bong picture surfaced, Phelps denied being a regular user and added, “This was stupid, and I know this won’t happen again.”
Good thinking, since the scandal has earned him some unwanted attention, from paparazzi parades to early morning pranksters with megaphones outside his bedroom window.
Now time to to get back to practice and go for the green gold!
