Phil Collins Is NOT Retiring From Music

Back in November, we learned that Phil Collins had contemplated suicide, and had little desire to return to music.
Yesterday, we heard that Phill Collins was officially retiring from music because doctors advised him that his hands are too weak to play the drums, and if he were to continue with his music, he could lose function in them all together.
We totally understood Phil’s decision, and even supported it, but now it looks like he actually ISN’T retiring from music.
Here’s what his U.K. rep had to say about it:

“He is not, has no intention of, retiring.”

We just hope he gives his hands ample time to recover before pursuing music further.
