The paparazzo involved in the accident with Lindsay Lohan‘s driver is going to sue the shiz out of the wacktress and her driver saying, “Of course I’m going to sue them…but I don’t care about the money.”

Oh, SURE!

Lindsay’s driver, a person of interest in the criminal assault with a deadly weapon investigation, was reportedly driving in a dark alley with sunglasses on when the photographer was hit.

He continues, “I want to press charges so badly … she’s going to jail.”

Probably not, but we shall see!
