Anna Camp and Skylar Astin are a match made in harmony heaven!
The Pitch Perfect actress was recently promoting the film’s highly-anticipated sequel, but couldn’t help gushing over her guy in the process! She said about their long-term relationship:
“We’re really best friends, so it’s awesome.”
In most cases, working with your significant other could spell trouble, but for the singing sweethearts, co-starring in Pitch Perfect 2 was not even slightly an issue.
“The funny thing is, is that we never ever have any scenes together. So, yeah, it was great. We had a great time when we saw each other on set. It was awesome.”
But even though they didn’t share any screen time, Anna admits she gets a little bit of that Jesse charm IRL every now and again.
“He’s definitely sweet like his character is. And he’s a fantastic singer and was a singer on Broadway.”
So, could a darling duet be in our future? The actress responds to the suggestion with “sign me up.”
