Tragic news coming out of Georgia today.
Police say a FedEx employee shot six people early this morning at a company warehouse. He then fatally shot himself.
Three of the injured are listed as being in critical condition and two were in surgery, according to a local hospital. Some of those hurt are listed as having “life-threatening” wounds.
Witnesses say the man arrived just before 6am today, dressed “like Rambo.├óΓé¼┬¥ FedEx clerk Liza Aiken was there when the carnage began. She explained:
“He had bullets strapped across his chest like Rambo, a huge assault rifle and he had a knife.├óΓé¼┬¥
She also said she worked with this individual and admitted to having problems with him as recently as last week.
David Titus, a FedEx driver, described the scene inside after the first shots rang out, saying:
“It was chaos. Everyone was running, ducking and hiding, trying to get out of there.├óΓé¼┬¥
The alleged gunman has not yet been identified. More than 50 police and emergency units rushed to the scene. Authorities found the suspected shooter dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
We are hoping that all six of these victims make it out alive.
