Um, if you’re going into a haunted house, you should be prepared to be scared!
That even rhymes so it’s easier to remember — and pretty much covers all the crazy shizz that might happen to you while inside.
Two years ago, Brittany Lipscomb went to Howl-O-Scream at Busch Gardens to enjoy some spooky fun while PREGNANT. That’s not the end of the story, though, as now the legal system has been pulled in to the situation.

Though Brittany claims she was extra cautious due to her condition, she’s suing for emotional distress and serious injuries that were caused by the theme park’s over-zealous chainsaw yielding ‘zombies’.
Apparently, the zombies were so SCARY that it caused a stampede and unfortunately Brittany was knocked to the ground in the midst of the melee.
Lipscomb says the incident caused her excessive worry over the well-being of her unborn child (it’s important to note she never says if the baby turned out to be a-ok) and serious physical injuries, so that’s why she’s suing the theme park for a whopping $25K!
While we’re disappointed to hear that Brittany had such an unfortunate experience, we have to wonder why she went to such an intense event while pregnant!
So, do you think Brittany has the right to sue? Two years later?
