We’re gonna have to go with Obama on this one. We have NOT been impressed with the Arizona Governor as of late!
Yesterday, Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer met with President Barack Obama on an airport tarmac outside Phoenix, and we’re hearing that things got pret-ty heated between the two!
When asked about the intense conversation later on, Brewer had the following to say:
“He was a little disturbed about my book.”
Given the fact that Brewer’s recently published book Scorpions for Breakfast DEFENDS her signing of a law that cracks down on undocumented immigrants, we’re not surprised AT ALL that Obama’s not a fan! He opposed that law (obvi!)
Apparently there’s also some bad blood between the two because Obama blew off Brewer when he delivered Arizona State University’s commencement speech a couple of years ago.
Finally, Obama was upset with Brewer for writing in her book that he was “not cordial” with her. Here’s what the Arizona Gov. had to say about it:
“I said that I was sorry he felt that way. Anyway, we’re glad he’s here, and we’ll regroup.”
Who do U side with on this one? Team Obama or Team Brewer???
