Michael Sands, a spokesperson for Mark Vincent Kaplan, K-Fed’s lawyer, just spoke to the assembled media outside the courthouse on Friday to let them know that Kaplan will not be speaking to the media.
He doesn’t think it’s appropriate, given the circumstances.
