Well, The Price Is Right announcer George Gray found this out the hard way during a recent episode when he was showing off a brand new treadmill!
But instead of simply standing next to it and using some awesome, Vanna White-like arm gestures, he decided to literally go a step forward and run on it! BACKWARDS!

Running backwards on a treadmill is NEVER a good idea, especially when you’re trying to read a script in front of a live audience!
To George’s credit, he DOES finish his job like the professional he is! LOLz!
