Kate Middleton and Prince William are thrilled to be an aunt and uncle!
On Tuesday, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge stepped out to announce a new sailing race to benefit their patronages, but all anyone wanted to know about was their nephew!

The 36-year-old uncle beamed, sharing with reporters that he was “absolutely thrilled” about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s new arrival:
“[I am] looking forward to seeing them in the next few days when things have quieted down.”
He continued, joking:
“I’m very pleased and glad to welcome my brother to the sleep deprivation society that is parenting!”
LOLz!
When asked if he had any advice for the new parents, the father-of-three shared:
“Plenty of advice. I wish him all the best, and I hope the next few days they can settle down and enjoy having a newborn in the family and all the joys that come with it that.”
And as for Aunt Kate, she also sent love to Harry and her sister-in-law:
“It’s such a special time. Louis and Charlotte just having had their birthdays – it’s such a great time of the year to have a baby. Spring’s in the air, so it’s really great. As William said, look forward to meeting him and finding out what his name’s going to be. It’s really exciting for both of them. These next few weeks, it’s always a bit daunting first time around so we wish them all the best.”
We’re so excited Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis have a royal cousin to play with!!
They also expressed best wishes to the family of three via the Kensington Palace Instagram account, reposting the new parents’ announcement from their page:
“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted with the news of the birth of The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s son today, and look forward to meeting the latest addition to the family.”

ICYMI, Miz Markle delivered a healthy baby boy on Monday, weighing in at 7lbs. 3oz., though his name or face has yet to be divulged publicly.
The elated new dad stepped outside of Windsor on Monday afternoon, sharing with cameras:
“I’m very excited to announce that Meghan and myself had a baby boy this morning, a very healthy baby boy. I’m so incredibly proud of my wife. It’s brilliant, I’m absolutely thrilled. We’re really grateful for all the love and support shown to us. It’s been overdue so we have had a little bit of time to think about names so that’s the next bit.
I haven’t been at many births. This is my first birth. It was amazing and absolutely incredible. I’m incredibly proud of my wife. Every father and parent will say your baby is absolutely amazing but this little thing is absolutely to die for. I’m over the moon.”
We can tell they’re going to make a fantastic mum and dad!!
