Princess Catherine will never let Prince William live this down!
Per The Mirror, during an interview on BBC Radio Five Live this week, the topic of gift-giving came up due to the holidays at one point. No doubt the Prince and Princess of Wales have given each other plenty of presents over the years, but one in particular sticks out the most to them because it was so “awful!” What is it? Prince William said on the show that he once got Princess Catherine binoculars during the early days of their relationship! OMG! He said:
“I did get my wife a pair of binoculars once. She’s never let me forget that. That was early on in the courtship that was — I think that sealed the deal. It didn’t go well. Honestly, I have no idea why I bought her a pair of binoculars, it seemed like a good idea at the time.”

Out of all the things to give your then girlfriend, you give her binoculars? What! Has he ever heard of jewelry? Clothes? Something sentimental like a photo album of your pictures together? Anything else other than binoculars! Yeah, no wonder why Catherine will never let William “forget” about that gift! It is terrible! LOLz! Hopefully, he’s stepped up in the gift-giving department since then!
