We know times are tough and people are pinching pennies all over the world, but we didn’t realize it had come to this!!
The Royal Family is apparently so hard-pressed for cash these days that they’re sending out their youngest generation to — GASP! — get jobs like common folk!!!
Okay, maybe that’s not quite the case, but the much beloved Princess Beatrice, the 25-year-old granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth II, has apparently taken on an internship with Sony Pictures Television!
Before accepting this position at Sony TV’s London offices, the eldest daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson had previously worked in finance, but there’s no business like show business!
Maybe all of that chillaxing with Ashton Kutcher rubbed off on her!!
We don’t know whether Her Royal Highness is participating in a paid internship or whether experience is her only reward, but either way we’re totes excited for her!! Congratz on your new gig, gurlie!!!
Maybe she can pitch her new bosses a Royal Family-based reality show!!! Who wouldn’t TiVo that every week?
