Here it comes! Maybe, this will be the beginning of the end!
TLC has just announced that the network, not the family, has ordered a halt to production of the soap opera family-in-turmoil series Jon & Kate Plus Eight!
Due to the ever present marital problems, next week’s episode will feature clips of unseen footage, but following that there will be no new episodes ’til August, since there is not enough footage to forge ahead at this time.
The season is only 6 episodes into the ordered 40 episode season. Clearly, without a Jon & Kate partnership to anchor the series, the producers will have to figure out a new way to keep the show going.
Time for a reformat! Maybe even a new title!
We have a suggestion: Canceled!
