The Hart of Dixie star let her presence be known in a floral print Isabel Marant dress with a cute ruffled hem and bright yellow Brian Atwood sandals.

Wowsa! You could almost see those things from space!

The only thing we would change about Summer Rachel’s look would be her hair. It’s a little boring compared to the rest of her ensem.
