Rachel Bilson is just the epitome of cute!
The actress looked charming at The To-Do List premiere in El Lay on Tuesday night in a blue, ultra femme Oscar de la Renta strapless dress with floral embroidery and a cape-like overlay.
It skews a bit young, but Rachel makes it work thanks to her always-youthful exuberance — it’s like she’s still the teenaged Summer from The O.C. we met a decade ago!
And while she had a makeup hit on her hands with that winged liner and pink lipstick, her stringy hair was majorly lacking.
Nonetheless, she’s almost perfect so we’ll let it slide!
