Tough night out, Countess?
After news came down this morning that Luann De Lesseps had been arrested — and charged with multiple felonies — in Florida overnight, social media was awash with shock and surprise that her altercation with police could have gone so badly.

But now, we’re understanding at least a little bit more about the RHONY star’s mindset and emotions as they relate to the unfortunate incident, because she’s come out and released a new statement all about it.
In an official statement to E! Online, de Lesseps said (below):
“This was my first time in Palm Beach since my wedding, and being here brought up long-buried emotions. I want to offer my sincere apologies to anyone I might have offended with my behavior. I am committed to transformative and hopeful 2018.”
Well then.
