Another legal problem for another Real Housewives star?!
Color us soooo not shocked.
But this time around, the dramz is hitting the self-proclaimed business woman of Orange County, Vicki Gunvalson.
Okay, so maybe we are a leeettle shocked to hear that the lady who claims to be quite the professional is now being sued for fraud in regard to her vodka business! Ooooh, you know the other ladiez are going to have a field day with this!
But she’s not the only one being sued by her business partner for at least $250,000 because her questionable beau, Brooks Ayers, is being named a codefendant!
Ooooh shiz! Seriously, if the other ladiez hear this…awkward!
The case claims Vicki gifted Brooks 16.67% of Vicki’s Vodka without telling her business partner, Robert Williamson III. And if you know anything about business, like Vicki claims to, that’s usually not such a cool move.
Especially since Brooks then supposedly sold the percentage to Robert in an act of fraud!
Robert now claims that the two used the transaction to obtain money for Brooks’ finances including child support and never had plans to honor the transaction. He even allegedly claims Vicki later demanded ownership be split 50-50 again!
The lawsuit claims:
“Upon information and belief, it was the intent of Brooks and Vicki to lure RW III into the purchase of Brooks interest without the good faith intent to move forward with the company and make it successful.”
We’re not sure if all this is true, but it certainly is inneresting that Vicki’s Twitter and Facebook accounts are no longer active since this news broke.
Hot damn! The RHOC reunion show is going to be cray cray!
