Martha Stewart may be a cooking extraordinaire, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t in love with animals.
She is!
In fact, she’s more than that.
She’s a champion of animal rights!
She recently wrote about visiting a factory where chickens are kept to produce eggs.
Here’s what she wrote:
├óΓé¼┼ôI was so disturbed by what I saw├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥the cruel, inhumane conditions├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥that I vowed to always have my own coop.”
And she’s stayed true to her word!
She raises her own chickens on her farm up in Bedford, NY.
We’re glad that she put her money where her mouth was!
