As Perezcious readers know, the 48-year-old actress was married to Ryan Phillippe from 1999 until 2008. She then got hitched to agent Jim Toth two years later, something we thought would go forever. However, that marriage ended, too — after 12 years in March 2023. And following two marriages, she is not looking for another one — not with her boyfriend, Oliver Haarmann or anyone else! Reese made that very clear to him already!

In July, the Legally Blonde star sparked romance rumors with the 57-year-old businessman. A source told People they were just “friends” at the time. However, things between them are no longer purely platonic — if they were ever! They are together, with an insider telling the outlet over the weekend that she’s “having fun with Oliver.” He’s even spending time with her children, Ava Phillippe, Deacon Phillippe, and Tennessee Toth!
Wow! This sounds serious — but not serious enough to get married! An insider shared with Dailymail.com on Wednesday:
“At 48 Reese doesn’t plan to have any more children. She’s also independent as hell and certainly doesn’t need a man for his money. The reason she’s told Oliver ‘no’ to marriage is because she doesn’t want him to have false expectations and think this is in their future. Because it definitely isn’t.”
Damn! But it’s better to be upfront with her expectations of the relationship! It saves them from any misunderstandings and conflicts later on! Good for her being so tough about it!
For his part, her warning clearly wasn’t a deal-breaker as they’re still dating months later! We mean, what’s he going to do, say no to Reese Witherspoon??
