Seriously, ABC? This didn’t have anything to do with that creepy moment Reg had back in July, did it?
During a recent interview, Regis Philbin opened up about leaving Live!, and he admitted that his impending exit from the show is NOT 100% his decision:
“The contractual issue just never worked out, but I was going to leave before that anyway.”
He then added:
“…It’s a big mistake, but Regis is moving on.”
“I don’t want anything lined up yet. I want to have a few moments of peace alone before I get involved with somebody else.”
Sorry to hear it, Regis, but we suppose it all worked out since you were going to leave anyway!
