We’ve been hearing rumblings about this one for awhile now.
John Madden is in talks to direct Columbia Pictures’ remake of the musical My Fair Lady.
The search will be on in 2010 for the leading roles.
Although there have been rumors that Keira Knightley is being tapped to play Eliza Doolittle, there’s been no formal agreement as of yet.
The new adaptation will reportedly stick closer to the book and original play it’s based on rather than the Audrey Hepburn film version from 1964.
Original London locations will be used for filming as well, including Covent Garden, Drury Lane and Tottenham Court Road.
If not Keira, who would U like to see as the iconic Eliza Doolittle?
