It’s Jason Beher, the hunky alien brother of Katherin Heigl in Roswell.

He’s been MIA for awhile but just resurfaced in New York for the premiere of his new movie The Last International Playboy.

He’s still pretty damn sexy, but his hair is looking a little greasy, which isn’t very attractive.
