Plenty of women going under the knife this week on Real Housewives of Orange County!!!
Both Vicki Gunvalson and Shannon Beador opted for dueling plastic surgeries that were shown on Monday night’s new episode of the Bravo show, and high drama followed, as it always seems to do!

For Gunvalson, that meant a grueling five-hour (!) lower face and neck lift to spruce things up a bit and improve the 56-year-old’s muscle tone.
And for Beador, well, it meant getting her eyes done to improve her dating prospects. Hey, you’ve gotta lead with your best foot (or face) forward, right?! LOLz!!
Fortunately, both women were pretty laid back — well, as much as one can be during surgery — with Vicki even sarcastically telling the docs that she did want to be resuscitated in case of emergency:
“I do want to be resuscitated. I’ve got a lot of things to do this week.”
LOLz!!!
Just another day in Orange County!
But while Vicki’s post-surgery recovery went off (more or less) without a hitch, Shannon’s dove deeper into some previous rumblings about her mental health.

Costars Kelly Dodd and Gina Kirschenheiter visited Shannon after her surgery, and they got right to the point about things with Gina admitting to Shannon that after their trip to Jamaica, “there was a lot of talk about your mental health.”
That caused a mini-issue afterwards with Gina and Tamra Judge, but in the end, things appeared to blow over, at least somewhat… though Shannon admitted she wasn’t happy about being confronted like that right after surgery.
