People everywhere are loving Rihanna‘s new hit Bitch Better Have My Money, except for one person who claims she recorded it first! Musical artist Just Brittany‘s fan base asserted earlier this week that BBHMM is a knockoff of Just Brittany’s song Betta Have My Money from February 2014.

Both songs have basically the same title, and roughly the same hook. They’re also both club songs. And just to drive the point home, Just Brittany posted this to Instagram:
If there’s anything we learned from the Blurred Lines/Marvin Gaye family lawsuit, Just Brittany may soon be telling Rihanna, “Bitch, better have my money” in court. But we’re not totally convinced…
