A cupcake shop in Denver had a really terrifying experience this week when a man came into the store and threatened to infect one of the shop’s customers with AIDS if the staff didn’t open the register. The man reportedly had been pan-handling outside Gigi├óΓé¼Γäós Cupcakes moments before, then entered with a syringe he claimed was filled with “AIDS-infected blood.” The clerk immediately gave him everything in the register – $300 – and the thief took off. Police are still on the hunt for him.
