Robert Downey Jr. doesn’t just play a hero on the big screen!
Vicky Keyte reached out to the Avengers: Age of Ultron star, telling him all about her son Daniel‘s difficult time living with cystic fibrosis. She posted a photo of her son on Instagram, with the caption:
“This is my son Daniel and he has cystic fibrosis, he is seven years old and wants nothing more to meet his idol Robert Downey Jr (aka iron man) as he has managed to get past the bullies he faces from day to day by telling them the he too has a extra special port in his chest much like iron man has his arc reactor”
Vicky and her 7-year-old son got a bigger surprise the could have imagined after “Mr. Stark” himself responded with a silly pose and an AH-Mazing invitation!

On Saturday, the actor shared a photo of himself fiercely wearing a Tigger (from Winnie the Pooh) onesie.
And in the caption, he invited the super fan to the premiere of Captain America: Civil War! He wrote:
“Mr. Stark here. This is for Daniel (@envy_coatings) who was having a rough day recently. When I’m in the dumps, I’ve found this little getup to be helpful. P.S. Would you like to come to the LA premiere of Captain America: Civil War as my guest? If so, have your people call my people. All the best.”
The 50-year-old’s touching gesture got quite the reaction out of Daniel, who was clearly overjoyed about meeting his favorite Avenger next year!
