This nightmare feels never-ending!!!
The pap that allegedly trespassed to get a snap of a heavier shirtless Rob Kardashian is taking legal action after he reportedly assaulted her and stealing her camera equipment back in March.
Believe it!!!
Even though the pap, Andra Vaik, supposedly crept into a private West Hollywood gym parking lot to get that embarrassing money shot, Rob is STILL liable because he stole her meal ticket (aka her camera’s memory card).
Andra’s lawyer explained:
“While this case is still in the preliminary stage, it is clear from our investigation that Robert Kardashian├óΓé¼Γäós violent behavior and his use of force towards Ms. Vaik was completely unjustified.├óΓé¼┬¥
Unjustified?!
Boy was just trying to get his workout on in peace!
We’ll agree that it is NEVER okay to steal OR resort to violence, but witnesses at the scene back up Rob’s story that he simply wanted her to delete the pics that were not LEGALLY taken if she was on private property and when she didn’t, he snatched the memory card and ran off.
Does that constitute assault?!
Guess we’ll find out when they eventually have their day in court!
