Robert Pattinson deliver his sultry good looks and his classic style for a spread in the April issue of Beauty the guide, an online mag.
The brooding face of Dior Homme even speaks up about his new relationship with the powerhouse, divulging:
“When Dior approached me, I was genuinely shocked at first because the name alone is almost mythological. I like what Dior represents, and they approached me in a way that just felt right. As did the timing, because I was coming to the end of Twilight. I remember meeting the creative team and they completely changed my mind when I saw how open-minded they were. Their interest in an artistic collaboration, beyond the expected high-end commercial is what got me interested.”
Well, we’re so glad they were able to help him make up his mind. If not, we never would have received such passionate ads, both in still and video form!
And now that Robert has obviously acepted his role, he even went on to share:
“Wearing fragrance still seems like a very adult thing to do. if you go out with some cologne on, you are going out for a reason.”
Ah, very good point!! But isn’t there always a reason??
Though he may feel like saving cologne for special occasions, he definitely feels the opposite about his wardrobe choices. He explained:
“When it comes to fashion, I have pretty good basics I wear every single day, but there is one thing I care about: the fit. I almost don’t care about anything else, it├óΓé¼Γäós just how something fits. otherwise, I wear the same thing until it├óΓé¼Γäós dead. I├óΓé¼Γäóve always liked people who make quite utilitarian fashion choices. I think that├óΓé¼Γäós kind of a masculine thing as well. I tlike things which will last, down to the fabric they are made out of. I├óΓé¼Γäóm talking about Jack Nicholson├óΓé¼Γäós clothes in The Shining and One Flew Over The Cuckoo├óΓé¼Γäós nest — almost everything he was wearing. when i was younger, I always tried to dress like that. You could sleep in the street looking like you only had one jacket, and wear it for months. That├óΓé¼Γäós why I wanted to wear the same thing in Dior├óΓé¼Γäós commercial: I just thought it was cooler that I had just one thing, but could basically go anywhere with it.”
