And supposedly he’s not going to appeal Lindsay’s 90-day jail sentence!
Robert Shapiro, who was a part of the O.J. Simpson legal team, is going to try to convince Judge Marsha Revel to put Lindsay Lohan in a rehab facility and either decrease her jail time or get rid of it altogether!
Shapiro’s son died of a drug overdose in 2005 and he even created a foundation in his name to help others deal with their substance abuse issues.
Shapiro is rumored to have a specific plan and place for Lindsay in mind including a residence at a rehab facility where Shapiro is involved.
