Rose McGowan’s Very Strange Hat Makes Her Look Like A Cartoon Character At The Daily Front Row Fashion Awards!

It’s like… a hat and a wig, all wrapped up in one!
Rose McGowan was one of many celebrities to attend The Daily Front Row‘s Fashion Los Angeles Awards in West Hollywood on Thursday, and yet she still managed to stand out in a very big way.
Because even though she was wearing a demure outfit consisting of wide black pants and a black turtleneck top, her headpiece was completely unmissable!!

The 41-year-old actress wore a statement lilac-colored felt hat that was cut in the shape of a chic bob with spiky bangs.
She announced it on Twitter by saying:

“I’m officially starting my awesome hat week. Tonight was 1930s Vulcan #millinery”

Amazing!!
And while we get what she’s saying by dubbing it Vulcan wear, WE think that when paired with her dark oxblood lip, the funky cartoonish cap kinda makes her look like a Disney villain.
