Rosie O’Donnell is recovering at home after suffering from a heart attack last week!

Quick thinking on her part helped to save her life after she saw a TV commercial claiming that Bayer aspirin could help with her painful symptoms.
Thanking one of the loves of her life, television, for saving her, she wrote on her blog:
“Thank god/saved by a tv commercial/literally
They call this type of heart attack/the Widow Maker/i am lucky to be here”
This sounds way more serious than we thought!!
After going to the hospital, a stent was inserted, which is where doctors found a blocked coronary artery. Her rep has confirmed:
“She is now home and resting comfortably. She is very, very lucky.”
OMG! It truly IS a “miracle” that she’s still alive!
It’s been such a rough summer for Rosie O! Earlier this month, her fianc├â┬⌐e Michelle Rounds was diagnosed with a Desmoid tumor.
We’re just SO glad that Ro was quick on her feet and knew what to do! Heart attacks is the number one killer among women so knowing what to do and how to prevent it, is key!!
We just want you to live a long and healthy life, Rosie!
