Rosie O’Donnell’s Daughter Arrested For Child Neglect & More After 11-Month-Old Was Found Near Meth Pipe & Needles - See Rosie’s Response

Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter has been hit with a wave of charges after police uncovered a shocking living situation.

On Friday, In Touch obtained court documents pertaining to the arrest of 27-year-old Chelsea Belle O’Donnell, whom Rosie adopted as a baby. According to the docs, Chelsea was arrested on September 10 in her Marinette, Wisconsin home after calling the cops because of some sort of dispute with her boyfriend Jacob Nelund. Apparently, dispatchers could hear a woman telling someone to “get the hell away” while Chelsea was on the phone. And when they arrived, law enforcement officials said both her and Jacob’s pupils were dilated and non responsive to light, which led them to believe they were on drugs… And guess what? While interrogating Chelsea, a meth pipe was discovered in her pocket! Cops then proceeded to enter the residence, where they discovered absolutely “disgusting” living conditions. One cops reported:

“The inside of the home was disgusting [with] milk that stunk so bad it almost made me puke, dirty diapers, used female hygiene products, unclean underwear with feces and blood stains and used razor blades on the floor.”

WTF! But things get MUCH worse.

Chelsea is the mother of an 11-month-old son named Atlas, whose room was apparently no exception to the house of horrors. According to officers, “a black and silver digital scale, some used gem bags with white residue, and a sharps container that had more used and unused hypodermic needles” was found under the child’s crib. One officer claimed:

“Inside the bedroom that appeared to be designated as [the child’s] room, there were numerous used hypodermic needles. Several of them were loaded with blood. There were old apples, garbage, random tools, and butane bottles sitting on the floor, all mixed with the clothing belonging to [the child].”

That is just absolutely horrible!

Outside of the bedroom, another meth pipe and a meth bong were found in an area where the “small child could have easily grabbed.” Furthermore, officers speculated the house was being used for drug trafficking and as a meth lab!

Chelsea was later found to have 18 grams of meth on her person after an officer noticed her “digging into her butt or her vaginal area.” The court docs state:

“It appeared Jacob and Chelsea were more concerned with their drug addiction than providing [the baby] with a safe and clean environment.”

Atlas was subsequently placed in care of Jacob’s friends, while Chelsea was charged with four felony counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place, child neglect, possession of methamphetamine and THC. She was also hit with misdemeanors charges for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse and possession of illegally obtained prescription drugs. However, she posted bail soon after.

But just one month later, she was busted AGAIN after being pulled over. According to cops, she attempted to discard a meth pipe by throwing it out her car window. During a search, three used needles were apparently found in her center console. For this incident, she was detained and taken to a local hospital where she was found to have oxycodone, morphine and sulfate pills, plus a baggie of methamphetamine. She was then arrested and charged with possession of meth, bail jumping, and possession of narcotics among other misdemeanor charges. As of now, her hearings for both cases are set for November.

After the news made the rounds on Saturday, Rosie took to Instagram to address the shocking matter. Alongside a photo of Chelsea holing Atlas, she wrote:
