The world was waiting last week to hear about the engagement of Prince William to his long time girlfriend Kate Middleton, but nothing was ever announced.
Of course, the media ran wild with stories and rumors of why it didn’t happen, but we hear that the engagement was postponed due to Prince William’s super-sensitive attitude about paparazzi.
Apparently, the photogs have been stalking Kate for a long time. (Well, that is what happens when you are dating the most eligible Prince in the world!)
But Prince William has a strong disliking to the paparazzi, considering how his mother died and for that, we don’t blame him. But it seems Kate is not as worried about the photographers as he is, so that is giving everyone pause. William wants to ensure her safety from the press before they move forward with anything else.
They are in the midst of suing several photographers and agencies who have been following Kate.
What happened to his mom is truly a tragedy, but we just hope he doesn’t go too overboard. Otherwise, the paparazzi could start getting MEAN.
And no one wants that.
