Even Rush Limbaugh doesn’t believe the bullshit that comes out of Rush Limbaugh!
On Tuesday, the right-wing radio host basically heavily implied that the severity of Hurricane Irma was being exaggerated to feed into the liberal myth of climate change.

Because why argue the conclusions when you can argue facts, right? That’s the Rush trademark! The blowhard said:
“All you need is to create the fear and panic accompanied by talk that climate change is causing hurricanes to become more frequent, and bigger, and more dangerous, and you create the panic, and it’s mission accomplished, agenda advanced.”
Never mind that it takes a certain kind of delusion to imply inclement weather is #FakeNews — it also takes a certain negligence. People listen to this asshole, something celeb meteorologist Al Roker was quick to point out on Twitter at the time:
Do not listen to @rushlimbaugh when he says #Irma is not a dangerous #storm and is hype. He is putting people’s lives at risk
— Al Roker (@alroker) September 6, 2017
To have @rushlimbaugh suggest the warnings about #Irma are #fake or about profit and to ignore them borders on criminal. #ShameOnRush
— Al Roker (@alroker) September 6, 2017
Well now it seems Rush is following the warnings about Irma — for himself and his show anyway.
He announced on Thursday that he will not be taping his show in South Florida on Friday or for the next few days, though he would only cite “security reasons.”
More like making sure he and his crew are secure while a hurricane hits.
Obviously folks on Twitter were not about to let him get away with that kind of hypocrisy. See some of the best reactions from BOTH sides of the aisle (below)!
So let’s be clear, @rushlimbaugh literally put lives at risk by saying Irma was a hoax & now the stupid fool is evacuating because of Irma.├░┼╕╦£ΓÇÜ https://t.co/9GDEwqEgOK

Rush Limbaugh spent show mocking fears raised by scientists @ #Irma. People listen to that, they believe him. Now HE is evacuating. #shame

Omg. “Legally impossible” = mandatory evacuation. This is too rich. Real deniers don’t listen to evacuation orders. Fight the power, Rush. https://t.co/0NAqMHxxDG

Rush Limbaugh, after calling Hurricane Irma a lie to push a climate agenda, now looks to be evacuating south FL. https://t.co/26EiwhZ5uF

Hmmm…Rush Limbaugh also is not planning to return next week to his broadcast studio in Florida after the liberal hoax Irma sweeps through.

Strong-winded destructive force that’s already caused untold suffering and devastation, Rush Limbaugh, flees some storm.

Rush Limbaugh flees Florida after he cavalierly said Irma was overblown. Do us a favor and turn in your FL card.
