Russell Simmons Accused Of Rape AGAIN -- Lawsuit Claims He Threatened Woman By Saying 'I'm Going To Fuck You Or I'm Going To Fuck Your Son'

Russell Simmons is facing yet another unsettling accusation of sexual assault.
A woman who claims the hip-hop mogul raped her in a hotel room in Sacramento, California alleges that Simmons also threatened to rape her young son if she didn’t oblige.
According to court docs obtained by DailyMail.com, the Def Jam Recordings founder invited the woman, identified as Jane Doe, to his hotel room after a concert in Sacramento. Doe attended the concert to chaperone her son, who was at the time in elementary school and a fan of Def Jam.

Simmons allegedly approached Doe during the concert and invited her son to meet the artists. Once backstage, it’s said the mogul invited Doe to the “after party” at his hotel after she dropped her son off at home with a babysitter.
The papers claim that mogul and Doe proceeded to socialize at the hotel bar before they hit up a couple local hotspots. After returning to the hotel, Simmons allegedly told the woman to come up to his room because he said he had to get something.
She says she was hesitant, but that Simmons assured her he wasn’t looking for sex because he was dating a well known model. Once they entered the room, however, things allegedly took a dark turn. The documents state:

“After entering the room, Simmons shut the door and said ‘I am going to fuckk you.’ Plaintiff said she had no intention of having sexual relations with Simmons — but he replied ‘I am going to fuck you or I’m going to fuck your son. You decide├óΓé¼┬ª [Doe] was shocked that Simmons would threaten her — let alone threaten to rape her young son. Simmons threw her on the bed and raped her.”

The papers go on to mention at least one witness who saw Doe leave the hotel room in tears. The alleged victim also reportedly told several people about the encounter at or near the time of the incident — which is not provided in the lawsuit.
The woman is seeking $10 million in punitive damages for the “severe emotional distress” the alleged incident caused her.
This makes Doe the sixteenth woman to accuse Simmons of sexual misconduct in claims dating back to the early 1980s. The mogul has vehemently denied the accusations, insisting all his encounters have been consensual.
