Revealing the little one was diagnosed with neuroblastoma in 2016, Ford thankfully just celebrated his fourth birthday.

The creator of American Horror Story shared that his son’s abdominal tumor was found during a check-up at the pediatrician, adding that he has undergone several surgeries since then to remove the often fatal cancer.
Ford is able to celebrate his birthday and be in better health thanks to the team at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and Mr. Murphy is so grateful that he’s donating $10 million in his son’s honor to the hospital.
“Today at the hospital we are donating a wing in tribute to Ford and our family is making a gift of $10 million dollars so that other children can experience the love and care of this exceptional facility. No child is turned away at Children’s Hospital.”
