In the wee hours of the morning this past weekend, Ryan Reynolds tweeted out a bloodied up selfie… and no, it wasn’t because of ANOTHER hit-and-run. Reynolds was celebrating the fact that he’d reached the halfway mark of his newest superhero movie, Deadpool, which is filming in his homeland of Canada.
Reynolds posted this selfie (below) along with the following statement:

Generally the former sexiest man alive looks smokin’ hot, but in this case… Actually, who are we kidding he still looks gorgeous!

In case you didn’t know, Deadpool is another superhero from Marvel, and the new poppa’s character is a sarcastic prankster who just happens to be a mercenary. Sounds like our boy RyRy will fit the bill just right!
The movie is scheduled to be released February 2016, but keep an eye out for more of Reynolds’ glam shots!
