It seems like the General has recovered from his fall quite nicely!
General Aladeen is causing a GIANT stir in Cannes as fans spill into the streets for a chance to meet the dictator.
It’s weird though…spectators keep calling the general Sacha Baron Cohen and we ALL KNOW that’s clearly NOT him!
